    Westox Labs is a definitive drug testing laboratory. Your treatment provider has chosen to order specialized urine drug testing in order to provide the best clinical care and course of treatment for you. In making this decision, your provider has chosen to send your urine sample(s) to Westox Labs for definitive testing results.
  • Why am I receiving a bill from Westox Labs?

    Westox Labs is not financially affiliated in any way with your treatment provider and is an independent third party service providing laboratory services. Please be aware that your treatment provider does not bill for any definitive testing performed by Westox Labs. If you have any questions, please contact one of our billing experts at 844-721-6903.
  • What if my insurance paid me?

    Any payment received from your insurance carrier for services performed by Westox Labs are due in full to Westox Labs. This payment is separate from any deductible, copay or coinsurance responsibilities.
  • What if I have insurance?

    If you are insured, your insurance information will be forwarded to Westox Labs by your treatment provider at the time of service. If you didn’t provide any insurance information at the time of service but wish to do so now please contact us at 844-721-6903.
